ACCEPTING THE FLOW

Never rush the inevitable, lest you pay a terrible price.  Everything culminates naturally in its own time.  Just as one cannot quicken the ripening of fruit, the soul cannot be pressured into maturity.  Everything must follow its due course.  Unripened grapes are distasteful and unripened minds unstable.  Prepare to receive the bounty of Spirit in the fullness of time.  The one armed with honesty shall not miss it, and the one who moves both Heaven and Earth shall not delay it.

I am reminded often of The Fountain and the value of cherishing the life that is, for what it is, as long as it is.  Efforts to recover the former, capture the present, or hasten the future are destructive if the soul forgets to live.
